JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Sales Analytics Manager to drive the development and tracking of critical KPIs needed to support a fast growing technology company. This position reports to the Head of Analytics and will be highly visible with the executive and senior leadership teams. Your work will drive performance improvement, contribute to the strategic and operational planning, and provide insights and recommendations that will support key decisions at various levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Executive and Sales Leadership teams to develop data and analytics products that will enable data-driven decision making.
  • Own and track corporate and functional metrics for Sales, including the market opportunity (e.g. the whitespace), funnel dynamics, conversion rates, sales production, pricing/discounts, and key account growth.
  • Develop in-depth analyses and predictive models that will identify the key trends, opportunities, and risks necessary to support a fast growing technology company.
  • Work with our Data Engineering team to improve data collection/acquisition processes and build tools to make data access, extraction, and analysis more efficient.
  • Develop compelling recommendations and effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Build and grow relationships with internal teams to proactively identify business needs and address them using data-backed approaches.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with a core focus on Business Analytics; high growth B2B technology in software is highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and industry leading CRM systems, and have built/managed dashboard suites in tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Detailed-oriented, self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, especially when information and/or support is lacking.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions, and delivering against aggressive timelines.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
