Total Rewards Manager

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the planning, design and delivery of all compensation, benefits and recognition programs while ensuring all of our Total Reward programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable and have an impact on the short and long term performance of Inline Plastics.

This individual will

  • Provide compensation solutions through the design of competitive and cost effective compensation programs
  • Manage the annual compensation planning processes, including base pay market pricing, bonus and merit administration
  • Provide health and welfare benefit solutions through the design of competitive and cost effective health and welfare programs
  • Manage the annual health and welfare planning processes, include base pay market pricing, open enrollment and administration
  • Ensure appropriate job architecture is in place and positons are properly classified and consistent across the organization
  • Ensure compensation systems and strategy are in alignment with Corporate and Human Resources strategy
  • Conduct local market compensation survey and competitive analysis, guide and supervise the annual salary review process and the implementation of various pay programs
  • Research, develop and implement total reward programs to attract, retain and motivate talent
  • Partner with external resources, community partners, management and senior leadership providing compensation recommendations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; MBA desirable. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
  • 8-10 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience designing and implementing Total Rewards Programs (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS systems)
  • 3+ years' people management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs (Health, 401(k), etc.) and experience working with external vendors
  • 1-3 years' experience with Descriptive Analytics and Workforce Analytics
  • Experience in creating and presenting executive and senior-level presentations
  • Experience developing and/or managing compensation plans strongly preferred
  • Superior communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Mini Tab skills
