In the role of Systems Engineer - IT Services, you will be responsible for support IT services. Ensure timely & proper tracking of material, ensure system updation, check variances and take corrective actions and participate in hardware and software asset management tasks to meet the business requirement of the organization while ensuring effective asset tracking, its travel ability, utilization, compliance and accurate inventory management within the limits of the organizational guidelines and strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Ongoing-day to day IT Infrastructure project of Infosys to provide solutions to Internal Users. Provide Support and Meet the SLA Commitment.
- Support Training and New Hire Onboarding Initiatives
- Provide uninterrupted services of all the servers and ensure the hardware, operating system and applications hosted on the server are working optimally at all the times and maintain 100% uptime of all services.
- Support existing services and roll out of any new services.
- Co-ordinate with Vendors based on need for Installations and Maintenance
- Ensure security metrics are collected periodically and analyze the same for improving controls and maintain compliance levels
- Anchor security forensics on a need basis and provide inputs to stakeholders
- Participate in BCMS scenarios. Conduct service specific mock drills as per schedule in order to ensure service continuity and perform BCMS related activity.
- Participate in Audits by providing relevant data in order to assist Auditee for a successful audit.
- Make use Infosys Internal tools like Insight, AMANAT and AHD Security Audits and Participate in Vulnerability Assessment of Infosys IT infrastructure
- Provide user communication on service delivery and support activities
- Service Provider Interactions for Support Requirements
- Optimal Management of Assets and Tracking
- Work with the service Owners and enhance service delivery and operational Excellence.
- Ensure SLA Adherence and Service Uptime, resolve incidents and service requests
- Manage and maintain AV Infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of work experience including support IT infrastructure.
- Location for this position is Hartford,CT. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of these locations or be willing to relocate to this location. This position may require travel up to 20% .

- At least 1 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
- Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
