Sourcing Specialist

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Sourcing Specialist to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Request and case management
• Maintain RFx tools and templates
• Set up and manage sourcing events
• Lead sourcing projects
• Manage supplier and business user(s) interactions
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers
• Prepare bid analysis, negotiation strategies, and contract redlining
• Manage and track savings
• Partner stakeholders to develop and maintain category strategies
• Recommend category improvements
• Develop sourcing wave plans
• Conduct strategic sourcing events
• Create preferred supplier panel for designated
• categories
• Manage suppliers for the designated categories
• Perform spot buy events
• Identify automation opportunities
• Identify buy channel enhancement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Min 6 years of relevant experience in supporting
• strategic sourcing and contracting activities for applicable category, including opportunity assessment, spend analytics, professional services category strategies, sourcing strategies, support with the negotiation scripts for category managers, and contract analysis, managing tactical sourcing or spot-buying
• for indirect spend
• Understanding of sourcing processes, analysis, opportunity assessment, and contract coordination stakeholder followups,
• supplier mgmt., RFx templates management, and analytical skills
