Your tasks in detail:
- Manage service logistics and escalation across the EMEA region
- Drive performance improvements in order and asset recovery operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, and customer service
- Identify main trends in operational metrics and achieve improvement
- Oversee backlog management and ensure SLA compliance
- Support and coordinate order management operational implementation of deals or programs
