Senior Pega Developer
Infosys is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to support a managed services engagement focused on enterprise application development and infrastructure support. As a Senior Pega Developer you will be responsible for driving enhancements and automation of manual workflows, contributing to the development and customization of a case management solution built on a low-code platform, and supporting incident management activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions across diverse technology stacks. This position also plays a key role in legacy modernization efforts and the integration of emerging digital technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems or a directly related field from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience

- Location for this position is Hartford, CT or Indianapolis, IN or Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or Tempe, AZ. This position requires relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Expertise in PEGA Workflow, Business Rules implementation and PRPC Integration. Pega certification viz. CSA/CSSA would be key, and some experience in healthcare insurance domain would be a plus.
- Hands-on technical skills with Design, Development and Maintenance/Production Support of PEGA-based enterprise applications leveraging PRPC Healthcare Frameworks.
- Proficient in Estimation, Analysis, Design and Code Reviews, Deployment and Performance Optimization as well as ability to troubleshoot Production issues for Support
- Skilled in System Integrations with RDBMS, SOA (TIBCO), RESTful APIs, SOAP services and familiarity with handling XML/JSON formats
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across cross-functional groups to ensure successful project delivery
- Strong analytical and communication skills for proposals and client Interactions.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face .
