Purpose of the Role
- Manage core workplace services
- Implement, maintain and innovate full spectrum of workplace dynamics
- Participate in cross functional / organization level initiatives in accordance to the Company's requirements
Workplace Management
will be responsible for
- Co-ordinate full spectrum of workplace services applicable at an office as per defined policy, Company processes and local regulations
- Allocate work to team members and ensure that customer needs are met as per SLA's
- Review dashboards to identify areas for cost optimization and conservation of resources in order to support the delivery of core services
- Establish required technical service and backup for critical systems, review maintenance and upkeep of equipment, track Annual Maintenance Contract schedules
- Prepare estimates for work in accordance with approved designs and plans, review and approve bills of contractors based on their work
- Participate and represent workplace domain in monthly management review meetings and project review meetings.
- Maintain professional relationships with all external stakeholders / interested parties that the department needs to work with in representing the interests of the Company
- Such stakeholders could include government officials, bureaucrats, regulatory authorities, department officials, members of Industry bodies, NGO's, activists and Society at large.
- Ensure strong working relationships with service partners who are approved to provide support services to the offices
- Conduct all relationships in an ethical manner, always upholding the values of the Company and local Cultural best practices
- Nurture and maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders in order to meet the Company & department objectives.
- Ensure implementation of approved ISO standards, review the system periodically towards approved Targets & Objectives.
- Monitor progress of the management plans and plan for periodic trainings for contractual staff.
- Actionize internal and external audit findings, monitor dashboards, work with subject matter experts to mitigate existing and emerging risks
- Scope includes latest versions of ISO 27701, 22301,27001 and 45001
