Infosys is seeking a highly experienced Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, and Finance. The candidate should be proficient and functionally insightful, with a proven ability to bridge business requirements with robust solution design and process orchestration. This role requires strong experience in leading and executing large-scale transformational programs, with expertise across the full project lifecycle-including user requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution architecture, system development, implementation, environment setup, testing, customization, data migration, ongoing maintenance, and post-deployment support.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
15+ years of experience in IT with a strong background and strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically across key Supply Chain modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management, as well as Finance modules including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets
Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, process design, data migration, reporting, and post-go-live support, with a solid understanding of cross-functional configurations and integration tools like FBDI
Expert-level proficiency in setting up functional configurations across modules, including approval workflows, role-based access, and system controls for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ability to lead functional discussions and drive issue resolution.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery and collaboration.
Strong understanding of business process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
Proven ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders across finance and supply chain functions.
Excellent communication and change management skills to support user adoption and training

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be
BC- $101500 to $113680
