Title: Líder Técnico Fullstack | Technology Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / SQL / AWS) Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX, GDL, and MTY)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, React, SQL, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS), with a proven ability to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET 6+ (preferably .NET 8).
  • Proficiency in React.js or Next.js for building modern front-end applications.
  • Excellent SQL skills, including writing optimized queries, joins, indexes, and performance-tuned database objects.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Azure is acceptable), including components for compute, serverless, data stores, and traffic management.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with gRPC or GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using .NET 6+.
  • Build responsive and reusable front-end components using React.js or Next.js.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database objects for performance.
  • Collaborate with backend and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS (or Azure) services.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
