Lead Consultant

As a IAM Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's identity and access management systems using One Identity. You will ensure secure access to systems and data, support compliance initiatives, and drive IAM projects to improve security posture.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

  • Provide support for Executives, C Level staff, and VIPs.
  • Supervise the set up and support of all major meetings - Board of Director, town halls etc
  • Develop and maintain policies and standards for maximizing Desktop effectiveness while minimizing costs
  • Develop and maintain IT support policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to align support services with broader IT and organizational goals
  • Manage the IT support ticketing system and ensured issues were resolved within agreed service level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in IT support and cybersecurity
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure documentation and compose user communications.
  • Manage all communication device support
  • Plan and implement Windows 11 upgrade for corporate devices

  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
  • Windows Certification will be preferred.
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
