GCP Data Engineer

Infosys is seeking a GCP data engineer. We are looking proactive and customer focused individual who has a great affinity with various telecom innovations. Anchoring Client relationships and mining accounts with domain-deep solutions would be a key aspect of this role. The candidate will also play a significant role in refining our proactive and services for the Telecom Sector. The candidates should have prior relevant work experience, excel in ambiguous situations, and possess a passion for helping companies become more competitive. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving, TX, Richardson, TX or Temple Trace, FL or be willing to relocate to the area.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud, Dataflow, Airflow, Big Query, GenAI
• Good hands-on experience in Python, SQL
• Understanding of various Analytical Tools, Platform & Frameworks including Cloud platform GenAI, Hadoop and PYSPARK.
• Familiarity with database query tools. Basic understanding of data warehouse architecture

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel will be required as per the job requirement
