Data Cloud Developer
Infosys is seeking Data Cloud Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Quincy, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- 4+ years in Azure/AWS expertise
- Experience in SQL database
Responsibilities:
- Strong working experience using Databricks, Person should be able to provide design options suitable for the project need, Should be able to provide technical mentoring and guidance to the team, strong experience in Python and Pyspark,
- Experience working in AWS. Existing implementation is in MS SQL Server, so the person should need experience working in PL/SQL to be able to understand current implementation
- Hands on experience with Cloud data migration on Azure/AWS using Databricks/Snowflake and maintaining cloud-based database systems.
- Experience in building systems using modern, scalable, resilient, cloud native architectures.
- Hands on experience in setting up data pipelines for ETL jobs across multiple data sources.
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues

Technical Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on integration, in a financial institution or other highly regulated industries.
- Snowflake Developer with expertise in data warehousing, data engineering, and feature engineering.
- Snowflake SnowPro Certification - required.
- 5-6 years' experience in cloud-based solutions.
- 2+ years in hands on snowflake development.
- Hands on experience in Design, build data pipelines on cloud-based infrastructure having extensively worked on Azure, snowflake, DBT, Airflow and cosmos db.
- Having done end to end build from ingestion, transformation, and extract generation in Snowflake.
- Experience in writing stored procedures in JavaScript.
- Knowledge and experience in python, is a plus.
- Optimize and tune snowflake performance including query optimization and have experience in scaling strategies.
- Address data issues, root cause analysis and production support.
- Experience working in a Financial Industry.
- Understanding Agile methodologies.
