Jr Account Executive

We’re looking for a Jr Account Executive to research leads, contacts, and opportunities, secure meetings, and work creatively on pitches and proposals. The right candidate is resourceful, ambitious, and an excellent communicator. This is a full time, on-site position at our downtown NY office.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant leads for upcoming campaigns
  • Raise marketplace awareness of Influenster’s value proposition and capabilities
  • Use trade publications and social media to identify new targets
  • Work independently to locate target brand's contact information
  • Contact target brands to make initial introduction of Influenster's services in order to secure phone calls and meetings
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to strategize new ways to present solutions based on Influenster's competitive advantages
  • Assist the sales team in completing presentations and proposals
  • Develop a strong understanding of Influenster's services

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience - preferably at a startup
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker and resourceful problem solver
  • Ability to multitask - must be able to juggle multiple projects and clients
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote skills
