Systems Deployment Lead

The role of the Ag Systems Deployment Lead will work with the Commercial team on all aspects of systems implementation from end to end. They will be a thought leader who actively proposes new systems for testing and launch, developing and adapting systems based on regional specifications.

Outcomes & Responsibilities:

  • Works in coordination with the Commercial team to deliver on systems execution goals for the regions and the business unit
  • Provides business proposals for testing and launching new systems, and actively engages in launch campaigns
  • Assists in finalizing and approval of Certified Agronomist Program
  • Implement regional specification of systems when required in close collaboration with field agronomists and regional managers
  • Prioritize regional activities based off company need in collaboration with Head of Systems Development, maintaining frequent contact with Regional Managers and Regional Business Unit Heads 


  • Strong communication skills including ability to synthesize complex information both to and from the field
  • Strong implementation experience
  • Ability and willingness to test, iterate, and continually upgrade systems
  • Execution focus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace, ambiguous environment
  • Strong organizational skills 


  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Prior agronomic or field work required
  • Prior experience with implementation of systems
  • Tech services experience a plus 
  • 10+ years of experience 
  • Based near an airport within the region, able to travel quickly 
  • MBA preferred
