Responsibilities:

  • Grow the sales funnel across large food & fiber companies and close 7 marquee partnership deals
  • Create a collaborative effort to call upon the best Indigo has to offer in multiple functions and business units to develop deals tailored to the needs of the customers
  • Build relationships with Indigo Business Unit owners, gaining a clear understanding of the current and future product offerings
  • Build clear processes to communicate customer feedback to the rest of the Indigo organization to inform business roadmaps
  • Manage portfolio on an on-going basis so customers grow their relationship with Indigo over time and continue to use Indigo’s products and services
  • Able to lead a team of exceptional, hard-working individuals capable of signing deals on their own

  • Action and results oriented, with experience managing a sales funnel
  • Skilled enterprise sales manager, able to listen to organizational needs and craft a solution built from Indigo’s offerings
  • Quickly be able to navigate the Indigo organization, building strong relationships
  • Optimistic, technology savvy, and able to understand how a complex set of offerings might benefit any customer
  • Ability and desire to build a team
  • Understands and embodies our mission & core values

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial environment and has taken on a sales force role in a startup 
  • CPG experience a plus (specialization in either ‘Food’ products or upstream ‘Feed’ requirements helpful)
  • Experience leading teams of at least 5 people
  • Located in Boston or near a major airport
    • Willing to travel very frequently
