The role of Onboarding Manager will strategically design an onboarding program and establish relevant metrics for iteration and evaluation. They will deliver the program to new hires while passionately and effectively conveying Indigo’s mission. The desired result is a streamlined onboarding process that creates an exceptional new hire experience and generates genuine excitement about the Company. This role will be based in Boston, MA.

 

Outcomes & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a world-class onboarding strategy for use across all Indigo locations
  • Analyze current processes using established metrics, and suggest areas for efficiency improvement and automation
  • Collaborate with management and department heads at Indigo to design an onboarding program that benefits all stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Instill a sense of excitement, comradery, and Indigo pride in all new hires
  • Ensure that all new hires understand and embody our purpose and core values

Qualifications:

  • Passion and empathy for new hires
  • Experience leading projects and managing a process end to end
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Demonstrated experience creating metrics and designing processes
  • MBA is a plus
  • Based in Boston
  • Experience effectively teaching content to a variety of experience levels is a plus
