The Lead Event Coordinator will plan and execute high-end field events in more than 120 locations throughout the U.S. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and logistical capabilities. The Lead Event Coordinator will be required to travel 1-2 times per month.

Outcomes & Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support for channel partners
  • Implement interim processes for managing transportation, buyer outreach, grower, outreach, food, maintenance, presenters, materials, and coordination with local Commercial team
  • Implement permanent processes for managing all elements
  • Pull data from Salesforce to run relevant outreach processes

  • Previously held a position where coordinating schedules/ logistics was a primary responsibility
  • Able to travel 1-2 times per month (more in the first 2 months as we set processes and learn)
  • Has coordinated highly complex schedules for multiple people/assets previously for at least 3 years
  • Meeting/event planning experience for at least 3 years
  • Ability to schedule 90 days in advance for 120 locations
  • Memphis - based
