Food and Fiber Coordinator

The role of Food and Fiber Coordinator will be responsible for processing Indigo Contracts while achieving approval process deadlines, ensuring all signatures are done properly and all contract documents are complete. This individual will serve as a point of contact for contractual questions and recommendations and will have a thorough understanding of contract requirements. This individual must have an outstanding attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and an elevated level of dedication.



  • Successfully and efficiently process buyer contracts
  • Achieve an exceptional customer satisfaction rating for contracting/paper processes
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of contracts and contract requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Suggest process improvements on a regular basis to speed execution
  • Retrieve and maintain account credit records for Model and Direct Customers
  • Work with Finance and Order Management Manager to retrieve credit scores and credit recommendations
  • Provide sales support to Key Account Managers
  • Assist with DocuSign & SharePoint
  • Contact customers with contract questions or revisions
  • Complete requests for Supporting Contract Docs
  • Various other requests that relate to contract processing

  • 2-5 years’ experience reviewing legal or financial documents and processing contracts or applications
  • Experience in a “back office” environment preferred
  • Comfortable and fast with computer systems/tools
  • Familiar with working routinely under and referring to SOPs and Workflows
  • Experience with SharePoint or other shared drives helpful
  • Familiarity with DocuSign
