Director, Global Supply Chain Quality

The Director, Global Supply Chain Quality will be responsible for leading a cultural development journey to elevate and sustain the strategic importance of having a Lean/Six Sigma capability and company.  This position will create an approved supplier list, new supplier qualification program and create an internal and external audit program.  In this role, you will also be responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing KPIs and Supply Chain SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in quality, compliance, or regulatory - with at least 5 years in a supply chain quality role
  • Black belt certification (6 sigma)
  • Demonstrated Lean successes in both production processes and business processes
  • B.S. required (technical degree preferred), MBA is a plus
  • Up to 50% travel including both domestic and international travel
  • Experience with supplier audits required
  • Experience using an ERP (Oracle a plus)
  • Manufacturing process experience (or similar) preferred
  • Familiarity with FSMA regulations
  • Ability to be based in Memphis
