The Commercial Incentive Specialist will effectively manage and maintain all payment detail associated with the Certified Agronomist. Along with payment detail, this position will also communicate across cross-functional departments to ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner. This position will also encompass normal business admin functionality throughout the business needs.


Outcomes & Responsibilities:

  • Once CA’s begin processing, will develop payment performance analysis that reflects time of payment cycle and is able to offer solutions to improve payment performance by identifying bottlenecks and challenges
  • Respond to ad-hoc or “one off” issues effectively. Ability to propose resolution to lower the amount of “one offs” along with the ability to reconcile the “one off” situations
  • Will manage continuous improvements updates and evolution of SF and Sirrus, based on company needs and shifting priorities
  • Work with closely with Certified Agronomist Lead, Data Science, Finance, and Payables departments to perform and build analysis that is additive to performance compensation payment and tracking of payment
  • Liaison with all key stakeholders to communicate effectively change and resolution to issues as they arise.
  • Effectively communicate hard pushes for completion of payment if time lapse has occurred. Showcases strong ability to follow up and see completion of process/payment

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate MS Excel user, ability to create Pivot tables and utilize validation formulas, ie: sumifs, if statements, and produce reconciliation set up/reporting
  • 2-3 years business admin background, either payables or receivables
  • Commissions/Compensation experience, highly preferred
  • MS Power Point experience required
  • Various Software platform experience, big plus
