The role of the Agricultural Innovation Expert is to deliver interactive learning modules to the agricultural industry in a custom-built mobile classroom that reaches thousands of farmers and Ag professionals each year.

Outcomes & Responsibilities:

  • Achieves a 9/10 rating for meetings from attendees
  • Becomes a highly sought-after resource by Account Managers that desire meetings in their area
  • Successfully learns Indigo content and becomes one of the five most knowledgeable people about Indigo and its offers
  • Achieves assigned sales rate and repeat attendee rate among growers and prospective partners
  • Lead 7-8 meetings per weeks with growers and prospective partners

  • Top quality public speaker
  • 10 years of experience in Agriculture
  • Willing and able to travel extensively (4-5 days/week for 3-4 weeks/month), while maintaining high energy
  • Deep understanding of Agriculture from a very broad perspective across multiple sectors of Ag from both a grower and Ag professional’s perspective on these sectors
