Marketing Coordinator

Index Exchange is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Legal and Compliance Team. 

Here’s what you will be working on:

  • Develop content for internal and external communications, infographics, handouts, newsletters, presentation slides, and conference materials.
  • Maintain and build relationships with internal stakeholders across the company.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments and teams to research and gather information for the development of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Analyze, research and develop policy and procedure documents according to company standards, based on research findings and stakeholder interviews.
  • Conduct research and review applicable laws, regulations and industry research best practices, as necessary, to inform company policies.
  • Revise and update policies and procedures regularly to ensure the most up to date procedures are readily available and subject matter remains accurate.
  • Maintain policies and procedures in a centralized database and track all changes and revisions to all policy documents. Update and organize online policies and procedures on the company’s intranet website.
  • Participate in training sessions on newly developed procedures to ensure that employees understand all policy and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support including but not limited to meeting scheduling, agenda development, special event preparation, training development, creation of training or meeting materials, and conducting follow-ups with stakeholders.                                                  
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:                                                                                                 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.                                                  
  • 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced work environment
  • Must demonstrate a strong interest in advertising technology and corporate policy.
  • Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills is required.
  • Must be a creative individual who can apply their creativity to their writing, presentations and work products.       
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.                                                  
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills demonstrated skills in critical thinking, strict attention to detail, resourceful, adaptable and a committed problem-solver.
  • Highly proficient in time management, planning and prioritization; ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
