Account Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Account Operations Coordinator to join our team in London!  Working in a Client Services pod along with Account Managers (AM),  Publisher Relationship Managers (PRM),  Sales Engineers (SEs) and  Exchange Analysts (XA), the Associate Account Operations Manager will work in support of partner relationships with premium publishers. For this role we need strong, decisive, self starters who love learning new things in the pursuit of solving challenging problems.

  • Organized: The Account Operations team is responsible for ensuring that IX exceeds our publishers’ expectations by ensuring seamless and timely integrations

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with the coordination of IX and partner integrations and manage multiple support systems through the integration process (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA etc.) while monitoring integration health
  • Assist senior team members with troubleshooting, tracking, and resolving publisher integration issues
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing the publisher on-boarding process
  • Ensure internal and external SLAs are met
