Client Success Associate

What you’ll do:

  • Work in tandem with Client Success Manager to onboard new clients and maintain existing accounts
  • Build in-app content and manage campaign launch workflow
  • Implement strategies to help brands maximize marketing exposure within the app and align with brand’s marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to develop, manage and maintain in-app advertising
  • Stay up to speed on latest industry news and research
  • Act as point person for internal campaign facilitation

  • Has experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with people and departments
  • Comfortable working within Excel at a basic level
