CO Salary Range: USD 60,000.00 - 80,000.00 per year

As a Client Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for providing actionable and data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals and understand the business in-depth, support and challenge strategic options, and build state-of-the-art tools to drive value throughout our business. This position will work cross functionally with the sales team to provide data and insights to our clients based around shopper behaviors to enable better decision making across the organization. The Specialist will be accountable for creating post-campaign performance reports and case studies to create selling stories, empowering the sales team to grow client relationships and revenue.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Independently translate analyses of large amounts of behavioral and transaction receipt data to provide our clients with actionable insights about Ibotta's users, campaign performance, and trends in the marketplace using Excel and internal dashboards
  • Design and build decks that support pre-sale activity as well as campaign insights and recommendations to share and present to external clients
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to provide insights through the use of reporting and dashboards
  • Manage stakeholder requests from inception to completion collaborating closely with Decision Scientists
  • Collaborate on potential analytical solutions with decision scientists by communicating business questions and requirements
  • Communicate complex analyses and data intricacies in a clear, concise manner both internally as well as to external clients
  • Lead trainings for our internal partners covering how to use internal reports to extract meaningful insights to provide to our clients

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years practical work experience in an analytics or client consulting role, at least 1 year of client-facing experience or equivalent advanced degree
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external audiences
  • Ability to think creatively and provide thoughtful, agile insights
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret data with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively throughout the organization to drive towards common goals
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Effectiveness at prioritizing a diverse workload

Preferred:

  • Experience in mobile, retail or CPG industry
  • Experience with syndicated data, specifically shopper panel and POS data
  • Solid foundation of category management principles, shopper metrics and experience with conducting promotional analyses

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
  • Base compensation range: $60,000 - $80,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
