For over seven years IBM has been partnering with Workday to bring innovation, analytics-driven insights, and high-touch customer service to our clients. IBM is currently seeking Workday Data Conversion Consultants who are certified or have Workday experience in Functional Human Capital Management (HCM) to implement and integrate Workday HCM solutions for clients in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
  • Will assist the customer with the process of collecting current system data into Workday Data Gathering Workbooks
  • Analyze and validate customer data to meet Workday requirements
  • Lead client and internal build, review, and other data related meetings
  • Design a Conversion strategy
  • Ability to identify data-related errors and resolve issues
  • Will meet and manage multiple project deadlines and deliverables
  • Ensure project demands are met by prioritizing onshore and offshore consultants work activities
  • Leverage prior Human Resources / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients. As such, travel to client sites may be required, up to 4 days per week. Preferred candidates will live within a 50 mile radius of a major airport.

Preferred candidates will have current certifications in Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Benefits

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 1 year experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
  • At least 1 year experience in business process including analysis and requirements gathering
  • At least 1 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / Human Resources
  • Anticipating certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) within 30 days
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail is a must


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 3 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
  • At least 3 years experience in business processes including analysis and requirements gathering
  • At least 3 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / Human Resources
  • At least 3 years experience in deploying HCM SaaS software solutions (i.e., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc)
