The division's Data Integration & Analytics Sr Director is tasked with ownership and management of the data engineering service. This function will ensure enterprise wide adherence to the data lifecycle and the data strategy. Additionally the leader will be provided collaboration with business teams to fulfill comprehensive data integration, validation, data migration and data testing needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data Integration & Analytics organization and lead the team in realizing vision of data managed as an asset.
  • Oversee and champion adherence to the data lifecycle and serve as the connection and facilitation between business data and the technology organizations implementing the data lifecycle process, data quality, and data lineage and data engineering and management best practices.
  • Implement all shared services data projects, delivering data requirements, data quality, data mapping and transformation, data migration and reconciliation and testing scenarios.
  • Oversee the collection, storage, maintenance and distribution of all shared services data and data solutions.
  • Conduct assessments of the shared services environments, champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation.
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, create and maintain shared data strategy.
  • Contribute to the data acquisition playbook. Ensure business operational execution of daily responsibilities for the following functional areas: Data warehousing, Reference data Management, Customer Data Integration, Data migration and reconciliation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 12+ years information technology experience with significant people management responsibilities
  • A track record of success in implementation of large cross organization technology data projects and data migration projects including MDM and data warehousing
  • 10+ years experience in data analytics and enhancement
  • Experience with managing a team with both operational and project responsibilities and with data warehousing and business intelligence
  • Experience in modern data technologies and data architecture
  • Big data ecosystem experience
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field of study

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Experience in enterprise data architecture
  • Secure Cloud architecture & Cloud migration strategies
  • Experience in data analytics in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, process improvement, and decision support tools
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and vendor resources
  • Master's or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field of study
