The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.

We're looking for strategic leader with depth of expertise in federal human capital management who is passionate about employee experience and high performance in the federal workforce. You'll be energized by co-creating solutions with clients, motivated to deliver business growth, and looking to accelerate their own career trajectory. The role requires leadership to execute across multiple dimensions:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to improve delivery of current projects.
  • Contribute to large deal pursuits, using expertise and client intimacy to improve win odds.
  • Lead development of new business across the Talent & Transformation offerings.
  • Identify and lead development of new intellectual capital (e.g., white papers and studies)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ years experience in federal HR policy and processes across at least three different federal agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to write reports and research papers. Samples will be requested during the interview process.


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • 5+ years of prior federal employment.
  • Exposure to design thinking.
