University Relations Leader- North West Africa
This role will operate as a cross-functional partner with HR Leaders and Business Function Leaders in leveraging our top, diverse talent pipelines to build future talent capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive and communicate the university talent strategy, timeline, and intern talent demand planning across multiple business units. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify compelling intern projects, assign intern roles aligned to strategic business initiatives.
The role is particularly created to focus on the Digital Nation Africa Program and the IBM Skills Academy Programs in Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Senegal, Cote 'd lvoire and Cameroon,
