TSS Client Solution Executive (CSE) for Multivendor Support ServiceS
The Client Solution Executive (CSE) is the lead sales person on a strategic TSS Multivendor (MVS) sales engagement and is responsible for the overall sales effort from an end to end point of view, including the sales drive to deliver a 'price to win'. The MVS CSE is responsible for the development and closing of complex information technology support solutions, which can include the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors and evaluation committees. He/She is required to have a strong understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions, as well as the ability to have a detailed understanding of our MVS solutions and commercial aspects, with a structured approach. The MVS CSE is responsible for leading multi-discipline teams, and integrating products and MVS services required to meet business needs. He/She may manage multiple MVS opportunities concurrently, although typically in different sales stages, and has assigned contract signing, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets for the client set he/she supports. The MVS CSE acts as a mentor to less experienced professionals within and outside the profession.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in Complex Sales and successful track record
- fluent in English
