Your Role and Responsibilities
日本アイ・ビー・エム テクニカル・ソリューション株式会社のポジションです。

法人のお客様先へ訪問、もしくはIBM事業所からリモートにてソフトウェアの技術支援を行うITスペシャリストを募集いたします。お客様の重要なシステムを平常的に安定し、高品質に運用いただけるように、先を見据えた保守情報提供をはじめ、障害発生時の迅速な解決のためのサービスを実施します。
IBM製品だけではなく、幅広く他社製ソフトウェア製品もサービス対象となります。

入社後、ソフトウェア製品保守技術の習得や社内インフラの利用・操作方法の習得を目的としての技術研修を実施予定です。研修場所は日本アイ・ビー・エム(株)幕張事業所(もしくは在宅での研修受講)となります。なお研修期間と内容は各個人の経験、スキルレベルによって異なります。業務内容によっては在宅にて勤務いただく場合、シフト勤務、夜間、休日の緊急呼出し対応もあります。

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
・ソフトウエア製品の使い方、製品を利用して発生した不具合に対する対応
・zOS、Unix系OS、ミドルウェア製品、Microsoft、仮想化ソフトウエア製品に関するいずれかの保守サポート業務経験もしくはテクニカル的な知見のある方
お客様対応が主になる職種の為、コミュニケーション能力がある方。
・ドキュメンテーション能力(日本語による技術報告書作成)のある方
・英語のマニュアルや海外メンバーとのコミュニケーションが必要なケースがある為、当初はTOEIC 400点レベルでも業務を遂行することは可能ですが英語力向上に積極的に取り組める方が望ましい。
・新しい製品スキルを習得する意欲のある方
・学歴不問

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
・ソフトウェア製品のメンテナンス経験
IBM製品のサポートスキル(zOS、AIX、DB2、WAS、Tivoli、Windows、Linux、Vmware、Citrix等)
・障害対応、技術支援、障害サポートセンターなどのお客様対応経験
