Your Role and Responsibilities

The Public Service Sector consulting practice is a trusted advisor to federal, state and local governments, partnering to meet challenges and responding quickly to citizen demands, business needs, new economic conditions, and changing legislative priorities and policies.
The Financial Management Systems Business Process Reengineer/Trainer is needed for a COTS implementation. You need prior COTS system implementation understanding and Financial Management experience. Momentum, SAP, Oracle Federal or any ERP experience is a plus, but not required. You will be responsible for understanding, documenting and developing financial processes, developing and delivering training to client users and documenting results for various training classes/activities. The assignment is located in the DC area.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- 2+ years of developing and analyzing business processes.
- Financial business process experience.
- Basic Knowledge Momentum Financials, SAP, Oracle Federal or ERP.
- Prior experience with Momentum is required.
- Active Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
- Active Top Secret clearance preferred.
