Testing Leader - Delivery Project Executive

This role is usually performed by executive level resource with deep expertise in both test delivery excellence and test consulting. This resource heads the entire test program and is responsible for the overall outcome. Performs role of a "trusted advisor" and advises and counsels regarding testing leading practices and attributes for a Testing Center of Excellence. Provides an additional level of quality assurance through access to testing Subject Matter Experts across a worldwide testing competency. Provides a window into IBM's testing methodology, processes, and intellectual capital for leverage in support of client's methodology. Provides assistance with leveraging IBM tools, optimizers, various offerings and resources that IBM can engage based upon client's specific testing needs.
Support Ignite practice development for ASEAN by supporting sector an countries to sell our offerings
Engage with client and Sector team to define the IBM value proposition and solution to be sold/deliver
Supervise the delivery of the key Ignite projects across the ASEAN region
Take the lead as PM or SMEs of the critical engagement within ASEAN
Develop the key capabilities to align them with the market and the offering
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in consulting services, managing large project or testing teams
- Manage teams of 100+ professionals who are geographically dispersed
- Establish, implement and execute the processes required for a quality center of excellence with the objective of driving a test transformation strategy, activities and savings as committed to clients
- Proven track record in the ongoing adoption of test enhancements or accelerators including test automation strategy and frameworks
- Proven track record of effectively managing a portfolio of $10M + test engagements
- Manage client executive communication and relationship
