Technical Support Professional with German

Job Description

- Provide support in all deployment and administration activities
- Provide support via email and phone in German and English languages

- Provide tasks of 2rd level support

- Identifying errors and focusing on correcting them

- Attending technical trainings which are specific to the project

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- At least 2 years experience in a similar position

- Customer oriented

- Ability to work in a team, capacity, accuracy, learning aptitude, patience, reliability

- English: Fluent

- Experience in supporting business applications

- German: Fluent

- Preparedness on-call duty

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Mainframe, Cobol
