Technical Solution Manager (TSM) (m/f)

Job Description
The position is a combination of a Technical Solution Manager (TSM) and Business Development Manager (BDM) for large TSS deals (greater than 10 Mio.)
The primary scope is on the 4 industry solutions (banking, retail, electronics and healthcare) and the 4 Walls solution, as well as other duties, as assigned. This role is responsible to develop new large MVS and MVSS TSS opportunities at strategic clients, generate opportunity pipeline for large deals (greater 10 Mio.).
This role is responsible for working with other BDEs, CSEs, Sales and global TSAs or TSMs to develope a winning go-to-market pursuits and solutions. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a proven track record in applying innovative solutions to best support client business processes. Candidates for this position should be passionate about innovation, open-minded and willing to question the traditional ways of how TSS does business.
Long-term experience in the solution design and implementation of after-sales solutions is required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1 - Client and project experience in aftersales projects
2 - Long-term Experience in ATM projects (solution design, transition)
3 - IT Architect skills
4 - Project Manager GPM certification and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V2/V3 Foundation
5 - Fluent in German and English
General solution skills, business development and consulting skills

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

1 - Client and project experience in aftersales projects
2 - Experience in ATM projects (solution design, transition)
