Technical Sales Support- Business Unit Advisor
This role acts in an advisory capacity to the business unit- Digital Sales Technical Sales Support, provides insight and analysis to run the business. The role facilitates the business unit management review processes and system. The role provides a broad range of operational support to the business unit leader, including: revenue and profit performance analysis, non-sales incentive support, productivity analysis, account growth and erosion analysis, financial performance gaps, and key initiatives. This role needs knowledge also in all Business Operations:
Alignment with global brand as well as Digital Group different strategies and growth plans.
Support finance and the business in setting periodic budgets for Technical Support Services digital sales mission, in accordance with IBM processes
Responsible for the forecasting processes and planning for actions to bridge the gap to budget.
Enhancement and maintenance of a monthly and quarterly reporting system and automated dashboards with all KPIs and measurements tracking and performance.
Manages the preparation of the global cadences and reporting activities.
Runs the regular sales cadences with MEA DBG TSS sales team.
Manages the periodic achievements' calculations, and perform the needful adjustments.
Handle the sellers' territories setup and the periodic needed adjustments.
Validating revenue and actuals results are accurate by partnering with finance
