Tax Technology Analyst

The Tax Technology Analyst is a technology support role for the Global tax team in preparation of the US Consolidated Tax Return. Candidate will be responsible for all required data needs for the tax return including but not limited to general ledger and other financial data. Candidate will be responsible for leveraging technology tools to solve problems, analyze data and create efficiency in tax return processes.
Candidate should be passionate about leveraging technology tools to improve tax processes and be able to effectively communicate tax business requirements to non-tax personnel.
Candidate should be an active learner that is detail oriented and a proven self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, work in a fast paced time sensitive environment and complete work timely and accurately. Our successful candidate should also possess demonstrated oral and written communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work effectively across a complex organization. Candidate should possess process management and documentation skills and have the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 6 years tax US Corporate tax compliance experience
- At least 6 years accounting and proficiency with general ledger systems
- At least 5 years tax compliance in a large multinational or big 4 experience
- At least 5 years with spreadsheet applications.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- At least 4 years experience with Corptax Software including International modules
- 5 years experience in Microsoft Office Products
