Talent & Transformation (EA) SF Lead
IBM Global Business Services is looking for talented and highly motivated candidate to join us as Associate Partner, Talent & Transformation Practice, focusing on Talent / HR strategy and HR System Implementation.
This role will work with clients who want to implement and reinvent its HR and Talent practices and its operating system. To succeed in this role, you will have both expertise in HR System Implementation and the ability to lead, mentor and coach at all levels, from C-Suite to all leaders. Successful candidate will have evidence leading HR transformations within large enterprise.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Provide professional and business leadership for Talent & Transformation Innovation Unit in Great China Group, generating USD 5m to 10m a year in signing and revenue
Grow the Talent & Transformation practice capability
Lead large consulting / System Implementation engagements and drive enterprise transformation at strategic level, with direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.
Identify new opportunities and manage relationships with current client to drive new business.
Ensure the Talent & Transformation practice focuses on IBM's priority clients and projects to generating opportunities for IBM
Work closely with Global and GCG service line to leverage global experience, methods and community to provide IBM's client end-to-end digital transformation service.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* At least 15 years of HR consulting / System Implementation experience
Experience of building / leading a strategic consulting practice / team
Experience of developing a service business of USD 5 to 10m a year
Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation, with direct presenting experience to C-Suite including CHRO and CIO.
Excellent communications skills orally and in writing, able to craft and deliver great presentations in English, Cantonese or Mandarin will be a plus
Personal eminence - a recognized subject matter expertise
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Master's Degree strongly preferred
* 10 years of experience working for a top HR consulting firm with HR and Talent System Implementation for clients or equivalent experience
