Talent & Engagement: HR Reinvention Consultant

Job Description
Working with many of the largest organisations in the world, our Human Resources consultants help clients to focus attention on the value proposition of HR to the wider business. You'll work on a top tier client portfolio, helping to shape, design, and implement new HR solutions - influencing how HR maximises its contribution to the business through the alignment of its people, organisations, processes and technologies.

You will have responsibility for making the change in the HR function happen, delivering the true value of change and payback on investment by accelerating the HR transformation journey - all the while ensuring that our clients' HR functions continue to run smoothly throughout the transformation.

You'll build strong relationships across our clients business to become a trusted advisor who regularly challenges their thinking and helps maximise the business value of HR and realising the benefits of new offerings such as Cloud, mobile and cognitive.

While business acumen and a commercial mindset are a given, you should have experience of planning, designing and delivering aspects of complex, large-scale HR transformation programs. We're looking for experience across the whole transformation life-cycle, from Attract to Retire. Your experience should include a practical awareness of HR systems coupled with an appreciation of how emerging technologies (such as automation and augmented intelligence) are allowing a rethink of HR operating models and processes. Most importantly, you should have a genuine passion for the Human Resources function with the ability to inspire others.

Key Skills and requirements:

  • A proven ability to support engagements delivering HR Strategy and Transformation for large scale multinationals, or supporting the delivery of specialist HR projects in a particular focus area (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent development, benefits and reward)
  • A drive to put the client first in everything you do, communicating effectively and translating complex ideas into workable solutions
  • Ability to create enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible programme execution
  • Fluent English. Based in the UK, but willing to work across Europe with some international travel as required for business needs.
