Talent & Engagement Client Solution Executive (CSE) (m/f)
We are looking for a high calibre individual to join our Cognitive Process Services (CPS) practice, working as Talent & Engagement Client Solution Executive (CSE).
CPS combines process, people, and technology transformation with an outsourcing delivery model to create significant client business value. Our solutions provide services to clients using a mix of on-shore, near-shore and offshore IBM delivery centres.
The CSE has the responsibility for successfully selling and negotiating one-of-a-kind complex business relationships. He/she leads sales engagements, selling solutions to complex IT and business requirements.
Part of his/her initial responsibility will include working with the opportunity identifier in the final stages of deal qualification. Once an opportunity is qualified, he/she is responsible for assembling the IBM sales engagement team, managing the team (which can involve hundreds of people) and economically managing the substantial engagement budget. He/she must also manage the customer relationship, participate in complex solutioning, establish beneficial pricing that is highly competitive and close the opportunity. In doing so, he/she must demonstrate a clear understanding of the customers' business, organization, culture and the compelling reasons to act. Further responsibility is the management of the third party consultant relationships (if applicable). Strategic outsourcing engagements are characterized by a complex combination of technical, business, financial, and human resources issues related to the strategic and tactical direction of customers.
Change (such as economic conditions, financial performance, global competition, business strategy, mergers, acquisitions, and growth) tends to be the driving factor in these engagements. They are normally large, complex and highly competitive sales situations that are often global in scope, and engagement negotiations are conducted at the highest levels. The new team member must be an extraordinary team leader, an astute business person, exhibit exceptional business insight, show executive/boardroom presence and outstanding judgement. He/she must be creative enough to devise and articulate a unique and compelling value proposition (which typically leverages IBM and creates value), so that customer decision-makers clearly grasp the short and long-term business and financial value of a relationship with IBM.
The role is hands-on and requires a personal contribution to the design of the proposed solutions, in particular with respect to the solution elements requiring expertise in the following areas: HR Processes, Learning Delivery, Shared Services, choice of IT enablers (Analytics and Cognitive Tools) and understanding of transition work from clients to delivery centres around the world.
We are looking for proven experience and leadership in more than one of the following areas: HR Processes, HR Operation, Learning Delivery/Platforms, Automation Technology, HR Analytics, HR Governance, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement.

- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills - Ability to articulate concepts, ideas, recommendations and technical knowledge that fit the audience. This includes the ability to develop and deliver effective communications with our client, IBM executives, organizations and business partners, as appropriate.
- Ability to develop and manage working and personal relationships with decision makers within client's environment and internally in IBM including the Project Executive, Delivery Project Executive, functional, divisional, operational, business partners, and suppliers.
