we are searching for a colleague on the position of Talent Acquisition Partner, who would become a part of our small friendly team.

- as a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a crucial role in finding the best talents for various teams within IBM
- you will be a support/consultant for Hiring Managers
- you will organize or be part of amazing events (Open Days, Job fairs, ...)
- you will be involved in employer branding and marketing activities as they are closely connected to hiring
- as a first contact for the candidates you will help us build a good name of the company
- your ideas will be heard and appreciated
- you will have space to organize your work
- you will be involved in various activities and you will not have time to get bored :)

You will be a great match for our team if you:

- have at least two years of recruiting experience (experience within IT recruitment are really appreciated)
- are experienced with social networking (social media as LinkedIn, Facebook, ... should be your good friends)
- are fluent in English as we are working in the international environment
- are a friendly person with outstanding communication skills and great presentation skills
- are hardworking and people oriented
- play for a team and you are helpful towards your colleagues and candidates
- are able to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
