As a Recruitment Professional you will help shape the future of recruitment in this marketplace and, as the IBM Recruitment organization is currently undergoing a significant global transformation, you will be part of that change. Detailed Job Description 1. Relationship Management You will: - Develop and maintain effective relations with the hiring managers within the business units covered. - Have an in depth understanding of the business areas and the skills which are in demand - Interpret business requirements and translate them into successful recruitment solutions. - Provide continual feedback to the business units on recruitment results - Develop and maintain effective relations with the centralised Integrated Service Team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Set up appropriate assessment methodologies/processes for the business units - Where required the Recruitment Leader may get involved in reviewing CVs and conducting first interviews. - Track candidate process and minimise time to hire (CV to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline - Prepare or assist with preparation of hiring cases to ensure that they flow through the relevant approval processes as seamlessly as possible. - Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and implement as appropriate Required Skills/Experience (mandatory) At least 5 years of recruitment experience Strong stakeholder management (multi -client) experience Influencing skills and negotiation skills Ability to analyze and interpret data Project management skills Strong written/verbal communications skills Self-motivated and used to working under pressure Use of IT applications Headhunter background is highly preferred

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Design and implement effective sourcing strategies - Personally understand and use Global Opportunity Marketplace (GOM - the candidate database) in earnest - Manage GOM vacancies for the business units to ensure the number of vacancies and the skills being hired are appropriate and proportionate at all times. - Ensure up to date management of GOM by Hiring Managers at all times - Develop or assist with the development of hiring profiles/job specifications.
