Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fluent German, Part-Time)

The Talent Acquisition Hub located in Budapest, is providing recruitment services to a number of countries in Europe. We are now looking for a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is fluent in German. You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, keep track of ongoing hires and projects, you will keep in contact with the in-country hiring teams and by having a proactive approach you will ensure that the process is enhanced as appropriate. The role will provide an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, and it will broaden customer service skills.
The ideal candidate has experience in working in teams and sharing responsibilities, has great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, has a proactive and responsible approach and has some experience within HR, Recruitment, or similar areas. She/he has good time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and must be able to work under own initiative and demonstrate assertiveness and the ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization. Good understanding of IBM business is an advantage.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- English: Intermediate
- German: Fluent
- General interest in HR
- Customer Services skills
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- At least 1 year experience in working in HR or multinational service center
