Talent Acquisition Coordinator (fixed-term two-year contract)

The Talent Acquisition Hub located in Budapest, is providing recruitment services to a number of countries in Europe. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is fluent in English and preferably one other European language. Your main responsibility will mainly be to work with the Global IBM'er hiring cases across Europe and support the business units and Mobility with process related questions or updates. But you will also be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, keep track of ongoing hires and projects and you will work closely with the in-country hiring teams and support the Talent Acquisition Partners with the administrative tasks at hand. By having a proactive approach you will ensure that the process is enhanced as appropriate.

You will create and open requisitions, screen CV's, organise interviews for the hiring managers, carry out pre-employment checks, complete the offer form of the candidates, track if all approvals are gathered and check if everything is in place before the offer is released. The Talent Acquisition Partners may further delegate tasks which needs to be completed throughout the hiring cycle. The role will provide an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and it will broaden customer service skills.

The ideal candidate has experience in working in teams and sharing responsibilities, has great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, has a proactive and responsible approach and has some experience within HR, Recruitment or similar areas. She/he has good time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and must be able to work under own initiative and demonstrate assertiveness and the ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization. Good understanding of IBM business is an advantage.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • English: Fluent
  • Good understanding of IBM's recruitment processes
  • Good customer service skills

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in working in HR or multinational service center
  • One additional European language preferred, German language skills has preference.
  • Insight on the Global IBM'er / Mobility process is an advantage.
