Your Role and Responsibilities
We have a challenging new sales role opening up for a driven sales professional with Hardware sales expertise, working as our new Systems Hardware Sales and Business Development Rep for SMMA .
Your new role will be impactful, focusing on partner-facing, cross-brand, cross-offering, business development and sales identification within a defined geographical / industry territory and with a set of named Business Partners.
You will easily build, establish, develop, and manage relationships as a phenomenal partner with our clients and Business Partner Clients. You will look to create, identify and execute business opportunity from creation to operational closure. You will be all-inclusive as an individual/team/department/ carrying out operational objectives.
You will be responsible for running and developing the system hardware channel (partner performance management, authorization, hiring, channel management and integrity etc) and be responsible for the overall system HW revenue target.
You will develop and execute a Brand specific business development plan to drive revenue attainment.
At all times You will strive to communicate IBM's value proposition for all Brand offerings and promotes specific brand solutions to address market opportunities.
Please note SMMA (Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania)
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT industry - ideally focused of Hardware
- Strong sales drive and experience with technical background and preferable strong and in depth technical knowledge (architectural, products)
- English: Fluent
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
You will also have in depth, market and competitive knowledge (pricing and promotion environment)
- Proven experience in conducting and managing multiple projects
- Ability to work in complex matrix managed organizational environment
- Ability to lead professional work teams
- Persistent / Good character and good in operational excellence
