System Services Respresentative (SSR)

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and operating systems.

Interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client.

Tracking of open issues and making sure that they are resolved and closed timely.

Skillset:
Hardware - x86 wintel servers, SAN storages, NSA or networking OR
Software - Microsoft Operating System, VMware or Linux (Redhat & Suse).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 3 yrs
