System Services Representative
The SSR provides hardware support to customers and assumes responsibility for customer satisfaction within the assigned area of responsibility.
He understands the impact of hardware problem on the customer's business and delivers effective problem resolution.
Provides support to both customers and colleagues for problem determination and resolution as well as on-site support to clients for complex support issues as required. Engages to solve tickets in SLA.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Excellent hardware skills for IBM Power systems and software skills for products such as AIX, PowerHA and GPFS
- At least 5 years of prior experience
- Must hold Romanian citizenship and speak Romanian fluently
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Power systems, PowerHA and AIX certifications are preferred.
