You will be in an administrative support role within the Workforce (HR) function of GBS .Your role will support all recruitment activities including scheduling, coordinating interviews , tracking candidates in the systems , data entry and internal/external reporting. For all new hires you will assist with the Onboarding activities , including organisation and set up of laptops , coordination of induction activities .You will also assist /support the more general daily /weekly activities with the department working alongside the rest of the team taking on various mini projects where requested .
Screening of incoming applications
Updating position and candidate statuses in HR tool
Conducting pre-screening interviews via phone
Scheduling face to face interviews for hiring manager
Creating ad hoc reports
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
