As a Managing Consultant you are responsible for successful delivery of SuccessFactors BizX modules, overseeing multiple projects by leading a team of consultants, and acting as Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors modules. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors BizX applications.

The candidate will conduct workshops requirement gathering, lead SuccessFactors consultants in configuring SuccessFactors BizX modules, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors application solutions. As leader in this area, you will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors modules to support business needs. The successful candidate will also get involved with business development opportunities, and help in responding to request for proposals, attend presentations and represent IBM at various conferences held throughout the year.

This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (based on project requirements)
  • 3 years experience in Human Resource (HR) business process design and development, running workshops and gathering requirements
  • SuccessFactors Certified in at least one module
  • 2 years experience with SuccessFactors, and working knowledge of SAP HCM
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting, leasing with all levels of stakeholders

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • 4 years experience with full cycle SuccessFactors Implementations
  • 2 years experience in Human Resouce (HR) business process design and development, running workshops and gathering requirements
  • 2 years experience with any SuccessFactors Module, and basic knowledge of all talent modules
  • 2 years project management and/or delivery lead experience
  • HCM transformation working knowledge
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of SAP product portfolio typically used in HCM solutions
  • At least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
  • Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors
  • Previous employment in a Human Resources-related capacity
