Team is part of IBM's HR department, handling salary plans, compensation activities, benefits and much more.

We are looking for a responsible student, detail oriented and out of the box thinker!

What will you do?

Administrative assistant with Compensation & Benefits systems and tools
Ad hoc compensation and benefits related projects that involve reporting and analysis
Assist with salary and compensation processes
Assist with compensation and salary surveys conducted by third-party processors concerning job classifications and salary ranges, prepare reports and summaries
Administrative assistant with benefit and welfare activities
Conduct salary comparison activities between HR and Payroll systems
Responsible for C&B related controll activities
Provide support to HR Business Partners with data and reports
Provide support to employees and internal functions regarding C&B matters

Requirements
- Student with at least 18 months before graduation
- Relevant education fields - Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or closely related discipline
- Available to work at least 80% position
- Excellent Excel skills - must
- Multi tasking abilities
- Experience working with large information systems - advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills and quality focus
- High level of accuracy

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
